DealHound is an AI-powered outreach platform for self-storage investors. The Service helps users discover facilities, generate email campaigns, and manage deal pipelines.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including CAN-SPAM
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Email Sending

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service. All emails must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, which DealHound provides automatically.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and use encryption for sensitive information like email credentials.

7. Subscription and Payment

Paid features require an active subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DealHound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
