- Email credentials: Your email app password, encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
- Market data: Markets you search and facilities you discover
- Campaign data: Emails generated and sent through the Service
- Usage data: How you interact with the Service to improve the product
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service
- To send emails on your behalf through your connected email account
- To detect replies and bounces to your outreach campaigns
- To process payments through Stripe
- To improve and develop new features
3. Data Security
We take data security seriously:
- Email passwords are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage
- All data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
- API keys and secrets are never exposed to client-side code
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate DealHound:
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Smartlead: Email delivery and warmup
- Google Places API: Facility discovery
- Anthropic Claude: AI-powered email generation and reply classification
- Vercel: Application hosting
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
